We're a family-run electrical contractor trading as DEH Properties Ltd, working out of a workshop on Wistaston Avenue in CW2. The business is small on purpose — one team, on the tools six days a week, with two decades of finished work across Crewe and Cheshire to point to.
Who we help: homeowners planning a rewire or an EV charger, landlords who need EICRs and 5-yearly certificates that letting agents actually accept, businesses that need PAT testing, fire alarms and emergency lighting kept compliant, and people whose power has just gone out at 9pm on a Tuesday.

Quality standards
Every installation is designed, installed, inspected and tested to BS 7671 (18th Edition, Amendment 2). Notifiable work is registered with your local building control under the NICEIC Competent Persons scheme, and the certificate is emailed on the day we complete.

Fixed written prices before we start. Firm arrival windows, not four-hour slots. Dust sheets down, cabling routed cleanly, the job explained as we go. No sales pitches, no upsells you didn't ask for — the number on the quote is the number on the invoice.
